The North Carolina Down Syndrome Alliance is committed to helping our staff and their families, our community groups, partners, and our Down syndrome community to stay healthy by doing what we can to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19. In order to help mitigate the impact of this evolving public health issue, NCDSA’s physical offices will be closed starting Tuesday, March 17 until further notice. But as always, the NCDSA staff will be working hard in service to our children and adults with Down syndrome and available 9am-5pm EST by phone, email, and virtual meetings. In the meantime, please be safe and stay healthy! Read more here.
The Triangle Buddy Walk is NCDSA’s signature event, in which more than 1,600 people participate each year. The event is hosted in the fall and is celebrated around the world — each city having its own flair.
Experience a night like no other! Wear your favorite Mardi Gras attire and join us for our Karaoke Star Search Competition, dinner, and dancing; all while raising funds for NCDSA’s programs. Come prepared to sing or donate to hear your friend, colleague, or table sing. The goal is to raise $60,000 to fund the Educational and Empowerment programs.
